Details: Chapter members will attend to help serve food, help carry around auction items, and at the end we pick up the event that they hosted. 

Description: Helped with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation

Goal 1: To get a lot of younger members involved.

Goal 2: To have all officers attend the event to serve.

Goal 3: To have a majority of the Miles City FFA members show up.

Plan 1: Have each member there on time.

Plan 2: Start collecting members to help at the beginning of the year.

Plan 3: Assign each officer a younger member to lead around at Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Outcome 1: Each officer will attend the banquet

Outcome 2: Every member will act appropriately for the Chapters review

Outcome 3: We get the members signed up before hand so we can let them know how many can come and help.
